A reclamation for women leaders who too often give themselves away.
Two Saturdays: November 20 and December 4, 2021
What if saying no and putting your own needs first was a sacred practice?
As women we are programmed to give ourselves away and sacrifice our truth, happiness, and health for the comfort of others. In return, we live in overdrive and overwhelm. Rage and resentment drive our emotions. In order to rise into our full potential and meet this moment in time, we have to break these patterns.
The Sacred Boundaries virtual retreat is a time for you to escape and connect with yourself during the holiday rush. Set aside this sacred time to listen to your own voice, remember your truth, and commit to your own needs.

Holding sacred boundaries starts with beginning to discern what is good for your highest truth and helps you live in harmony and flow. This week we will practice connecting to our higher self and listening to our truth so we can get clear on what we stand for and what is non-negotiable in our lives.
Can you disappoint another to be true to yourself?
As women we worry about what other people think to the point that our lives and our reality become a reflection of other's expectations. This week we will explore why we give ourselves away so easily, and how to find the courage to stand up for ourselves, regardless of what others may think.
We will talk about how to create and set boundaries from a place of softness and devotion, rather than anger and reaction. Boundaries can feel healthy and empowering when we set them with clear and strong intention.
Especially during the holiday season, it is easy to say yes and take on more responsibility than we can handle. If you are feeling the pressure to people please, then this is for you.
When we over-give and sacrifice our own needs for others, anger and resentment build up. This manifests as illness, depression, and lost hope. Join us.
When we don't have clear boundaries, other people and too many responsibilities can suck our energy and deplete us. If you are feeling sucked dry, then gather with us.

reclaimed her fiery passion
"Michelle leads with fierce tenderness, compassion, and deep heart-knowing. I reclaimed my fiery passion, and deeper trust in myself.
"When I first started working with Michelle, I was a tired, resentful woman after years of pushing through the world playing by old patriarchal rules. I emerged a stronger, softer, feminine leader."

"Think Katie's work is just for women? Think again. I'm a man (obviously), and my business tripled, too!"

What I've learned through years of holding space for thousands of women, and from my own healing and transformation, is that practicing sacred boundaries is the foundation for finding success and happiness in our work, families, and relationships. It's also how we can maintain health in our bodies and hearts and rise into our fullest potential as leaders.

The retreats will be offered live in Zoom. Zoom is a safe place for us to be in community, connect, share, listen to music, and still be in the comfort of our own homes. This will not feel like your every-day Zoom call. We have found ways to make our practice and connection feel very sacred, even online.
Yes! The world has changed so much with the pandemic. What I have learned is that transformation can happen in many different realms when we set an intention and create a sacred container. Amazing power and alchemy happens when women gather from all of the world with the intention to shift and change. The transformation can be profound.
