The Practice Prenatal is a 6-week yoga program perfect for expecting mamas at any stage of their pregnancy. It is designed to help you not only connect with yourself and your baby, but also with a community of other pregnant women so that you don’t feel alone on your journey. This practice will fill you up with peace, trust, gratitude, grace, and connection. You will feel supported on your way to motherhood.
Offered Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm, or Friday mornings at 11:00 am. Starts March 30 and April 1, 2016.
