The Power Sculpt Series is a 60-minute invigorating small group personal fitness program. This muscle and body sculpting experience is mixed with bursts of cardio, strength, and suspension band training for women of all levels. You get to meet the same time each week with the same group of women, dive deep into inspiring conversations, make new friends, and get back the body you love.

Saturday Series starts on June 18 and continues through August 27.
Tuesday Series starts on June 21 and continues through August 23.
