In this 60-minute class you will find freedom in movement, get down to some seriously fun and sensual music, connect with other women, laugh, and sweat your way back to yourself. You will explore through movement fused with contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and belly dancing. The class will will include heart-opening intentions to leave you feeling fully satisfied.
