Come enjoy an intimate four course dinner at Bloom Retreat hosted by Elsa Perez Dean, RDN. Savor the flavors of the Mediterranean region and learn what makes this eating style the most influential for longevity and overall health. This is the first in a series of dinners that will be prepared and hosted by Elsa. The intention is to bring us together in community, connect, share great food, and learn a thing or two about nutrition along the way. This month our menu will include Olives and Herbs, Curry Spiced Nuts, Kale and Green Olive Gazpacho and Salmon Nicoise Salad. Wine and fruit dessert will also be provided. You will leave with full bellies, expanded hearts, and new healthy dinner recipes to spice up your menu at home.
