Our Yin Nidra Series is a restorative yoga experience that helps you move gently into your body and out of your mind. You will find a sense of internal peace leaving you feeling incredibly relaxed, present, and rejuvenated. The class begins with a sequence of restorative yoga poses, supported by props, which allows you to completely restore and feel your sense of self again. Once your body is ready for rest, you will be beautifully guided by Gabriella into a Nidra (deep sleep) meditation. While resting on your back, her deeply calming voice penetrates into your soul, and allows your mind to drift away into that state between wake and slumber. This is perfect for women needing a gentle yoga class that helps you release the tension and stress of the day.
