Expressed. A 5-Week Signature Dance Series.

Expressed is a dance workout for all women who want to feel free, confident, sexy, and live a fully expressed life. In this 60-minute class you will find freedom in movement, get down to some seriously fun and sensual music, connect with other women, laugh, and sweat your way back to yourself. You will explore through movement fused with contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and belly dancing. The class will be laced with intention setting and heart-opening conversations to leave you feeling fully satisfied.

Hi, I’m Michelle.
Founder of The Practice.

For 20 years I have been holding sacred space for women while building and leading feminine yoga and spiritual communities. I know that when women gather with intention, when we remember our true essence, and find the courage to live soul-aligned lives, we heal the world.

The Practice is my offering to the world, an effort to bring women together in sacred community, so that we all may rise.
