The Practice Devotion is a weekly ritual of showing up for yourself and carving out quiet space just for
you. It is a yoga and self‐discovery practice focused on love and loyalty to yourself. This is a quieter
experience than The Practice Grace and Strong, meaning more of the focus will be on connection with
yourself and going inward. There will be less conversation and more internal reflection. This is perfect
for the woman craving a challenging yoga experience, who struggles to find time each week for herself,
and desires guidance and quiet space to journey within.
Like the other Practice series, The Practice Devotion creates a 10‐week container that allows you to feel
held and supported in your commitment. Classes will include a challenging flow yoga experience that
feels much like a dance, reflective journaling, self‐discovery topics, deep connection with yourself, and
guided meditations. You will also connect with the other women in the circle so you can feel at home.
As women we sometimes struggle to stay committed to ourselves, whether that means moving our
bodies or finding time to reflect and come back to who we truly are. Through this practice, you’ll be
supported and will gain the kind of clarity that can only come when you’re given space to pause and
reflect quietly. This is perfect for the more introverted woman desiring to take The Practice but craves
less conversation, and it is also perfect for the woman who has participated in The Practice many times
and wants a different and more internal journey.
