The Strong Practice is a 10-week yoga program perfect for women who are craving a stronger, more challenging yoga practice, plus connection with other women and deep personal development work. It is the perfect blend of the workout you desire plus connecting with your soul and your community. We will focus on becoming whole through passion, confidence, trust, freedom, fire, and love. You will feel like yourself again.
