This new year I want to invite you to join me, Michelle Long, on a 5-day {free} guided journey back to yourself. We will create space each day for introspection, reflection, meditation, live conversations, visioning exercises, and a bit of music.
Here’s what’s in store…
Weekly live jam sessions with me, The Practice Founder Michelle Long. Join us live in our private Facebook Group, or jump in later and follow at your own pace. We will meet at 9:00am PST for 15-20 minutes each day January 7-11. You will also receive daily emails with a recap of our discussion.
