Spring is the season of renewal. During this half-day women’s retreat, take time to prepare your inner landscape for this annual rebirth. We’ll tune out the noise, rise above the chaos, and reclaim inner peace– no matter what’s happening externally.

Enjoy a dharma talk (tailored for the feminine soul), practice meditation and women’s yoga (yin & flow), and also be nourished by clarifying reflection and sisterly sharing.

Using the wisdom of the Buddha, the sensuality of the Goddess, and the unconditional love of the Divine Mother, you’ll carve a path home to in your innate, inner tranquility.

You’ll leave feeling renewed, connected, and ready to welcome the aliveness of spring!

For women of all ages & levels of yoga and meditation experience. Please bring a water bottle and your journal.

Hi, I’m Michelle.
Founder of The Practice.

For 20 years I have been holding sacred space for women while building and leading feminine yoga and spiritual communities. I know that when women gather with intention, when we remember our true essence, and find the courage to live soul-aligned lives, we heal the world.

The Practice is my offering to the world, an effort to bring women together in sacred community, so that we all may rise.

Why I left the Bay Area

This is a personal story about listening to my inner call and making a huge life change.

This piece is really intimate...

A letter home to my mother.

A reflection on 2020, living with chronic illness, and surviving the pandemic.

May community and sacred feminine sisterhood be the path towards healing and liberation.
